Noel Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee capital projects across Ireland and the UK, driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead from concept through to completion, coordinating cross-site teams, managing budgets and contractors, and delivering significant CAPEX investments while upholding safety standards and reliability improvements.

Formación

• Engineering degree or Mechanical/Electrical trade qualification.
• Minimum 8 years' engineering experience within manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
• At least 5 years' project management experience delivering engineering or capital projects.
• Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different sites.
• Full willingness to travel regularly throughout Ireland and the UK.

We are partnering with a leading multinational manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee capital projects across multiple sites in Ireland and the UK while driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a high-impact role for a hands-on project engineering professional who enjoys working across multiple locations, managing projects from concept through to completion, and delivering operational improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in capital investment projects, contractor management, equipment reliability improvements and engineering best practice implementation.

Responsibilities Include
