Ireland based with regular UK travel.

Due to continued expansion an experienced Engineering Design Manager is required to lead and develop the Design Engineering teams across Ireland and the UK.

Managing a small team of Design Engineers, the Engineering Design Manager will be responsible for driving performance, developing people, improving processes, and introducing new ideas that enhance efficiency across design and manufacturing operations.

This is a leadership-focused role for an energetic, positive, and forward‑thinking engineering professional who can inspire teams, implement change and help shape the future direction of the department.
