Noel Group (Ireland) is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee capital projects across Ireland and the UK, driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

You will manage design through completion, coordinate contractors, and lead safety-conscious project delivery, with travel across sites. This role offers broad exposure to manufacturing operations and significant CAPEX initiatives within a growing engineering function.

Formación

• Engineering degree or Mechanical*Electrical trade qualification.
• 8+ years' engineering experience in manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
• At least 5 years' project management experience delivering engineering or capital projects.
• Full willingness to travel regularly throughout Ireland and the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital expenditure and engineering projects from detailed design through to successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and OEM partners while maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Drive engineering and maintenance improvements through reliability initiatives, fault-finding support and identification of future investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational and engineering teams across multiple manufacturing sites in Ireland and the UK.

Engineering Project Manager

We are partnering with a leading multinational manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee capital projects across multiple sites in Ireland and the UK while driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a high-impact role for a hands-on project engineering professional who enjoys working across multiple locations, managing projects from concept through to completion, and delivering operational improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in capital investment projects, contractor management, equipment reliability improvements and engineering best practice implementation.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead capital expenditure and engineering projects from detailed design through to successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and OEM partners while maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Drive engineering and maintenance improvements through reliability initiatives, fault-finding support and identification of future investment opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• Engineering degree or Mechanical/Electrical trade qualification.
• Minimum 8 years' engineering experience within manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
• At least 5 years' project management experience delivering engineering or capital projects.
• Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
• Full willingness to travel regularly throughout Ireland and the UK.
