CBRE Technical Supervisor will oversee a team providing administrative, process improvement and financial function support to senior technical leaders. This role supports maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

The position requires leadership, coordination of workloads, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. This role aligns with CBRE RISE values and a collaborative culture.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical fields preferred.
• Shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Mansioni

• Act as liaison with technical leaders and managers to forecast workload and deliverables.
• Manage and oversee the workload and day-to-day activities of the support team to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities and drive process improvements.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for department objectives.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively with stakeholders.
