Job summary

Reperio Human Capital is seeking an Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead a high-performing team in a world-class manufacturing environment. You will drive NPI, automation initiatives, facilities engineering and production support for high-volume production.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and R&D to deliver manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience within Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong background in NPI, automation and process improvement.
• Experience delivering capital projects and manufacturing improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manufacturing-focused Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team within a world-class manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing automation, facilities engineering, and technical support for high-volume production, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
