Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical or maintenance management role in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to lead multi-shift technical teams.
• Experience with data-driven problem solving and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programmes across production and packaging machinery to maximise uptime.
• Lead and develop a high-performing technical team across shifts.
• Develop, manage, and control annual maintenance budgets (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Plan and execute major equipment upgrades, installations, and overhauls.
• Drive RCA initiatives using CMMS data and downtime analysis to reduce MTBF/MTTR.
