Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting an Engineering Manager for a leading Food Manufacturing facility in Kildare. The role oversees site-wide engineering, maintenance, and capital projects, delivering reliability and performance improvements.

You will lead maintenance programmes, implement engineering strategies, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across the site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Background within Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, or similar.
• Knowledge of maintenance management, asset reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in leading engineering teams or functions.
• Willingness to work on site in Kildare and surrounding areas.

Kildare (commutable from Naas, Newbridge, Maynooth, Celbridge, Monasterevin, Portlaoise, Carlow, Kilkenny, Tullamore & surrounding areas)

They are now looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to support the next phase of their growth and ensure the highest standards of equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant performance are maintained.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies, managing maintenance operations, overseeing capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site.
