Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead Atlas Clusters with a multi-year strategy and architecture for our multi-cloud database service. The role collaborates with distinguished engineers and executive leadership to balance monetization, strategy, and business outcomes.

This position is based in Ireland (Dublin or Cork) with a hybrid model, focusing on architecture, pricing strategy, and cross-team alignment across Atlas Clusters.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in product management for platform, infrastructure, or database domains.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical issues to executives.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs and multi-year business cases.
• B.Sc. in a technical discipline; CS preferred or equivalent experience.
• Deep fluency in databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Atlas Clusters.
• Originate and validate strategic bets with rigorous business cases.
• Engage senior customers to surface cross-portfolio opportunities and inform roadmaps.
• Mentor staff and senior PMs, creating data-driven playbooks for research.
• Partner with senior leaders to allocate investments and sequence initiatives.
• Represent MongoDB externally at industry events and with developers.
