Job summary

Stryker in Cork, Ireland is seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager for New Product Development. You will lead and develop global CAE, eCAD, and mCAD capabilities, while partnering with R&D and manufacturing to translate engineering outcomes into business value.

You will shape capability roadmaps, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a diverse team of engineers to achieve high-quality design and simulation results across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred and seen as an asset.
• Experience leading engineering teams in medical device or NPD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAE, eCAD, and mCAD teams to support NPD objectives.
• Develop capability roadmaps and oversee program execution.
• Manage workforce planning, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive quality improvements, processes, and engineering standards.
• Communicate outcomes to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
