Job summary

Stryker Ireland is seeking an Engineering Manager, CAE/eCAD/mCAD to lead a global multidisciplinary team focused on medical device development and simulation. Based in Cork or Portage, MI, you will drive capability development, implement best practices, and translate engineering outcomes into business value.

You will partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to ensure robust design enablement, MBSE, and compliant product development across the lifecycle, while developing leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in medical device development or NPD.
• 2+ years leading teams or programs.
• Experience with regulated product development environments.
• Ability to communicate to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAE, eCAD, and mCAD teams to support NPD objectives.
• Develop capability roadmaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage workforce planning, budgets, and resourcing.
• Build trusted partnerships with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
• Translate engineering outcomes into business value and strategic decisions.
