Job summary

Stryker Cork, Ireland (or Portage, MI) seeks an Engineering Manager, Computer Aided Engineering, to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering simulation, design enablement, and engineering services for New Product Development.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to translate engineering capabilities into business value, and collaboration across functions to drive high-quality outcomes for medical device development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years in medical device or NPD engineering.
• 2+ years leading teams or programs.
• Experience with regulated product development.
• Ability to communicate technical outcomes to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop CAE, eCAD, and mCAD teams to support NPD.
• Develop capability roadmaps for simulation and design services.
• Oversee workforce and capability planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI reporting.
