Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd. in Dublin seeks a Head of Engineering to act as the technical authority for a large Dublin Waste to Energy asset and to lead the relationship with external technical advisors. The role reports to the Project Director and will ensure the plant's performance and lifecycle across the concession term.

The position is based in Dublin with daily on-site presence, with potential move to a 4-day-a-week schedule in the future. Excellent salary plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in engineering for large industrial assets
• Experience in managing external technical advisors
• Strong understanding of health, safety, environment and quality controls

Responsibilities

• Own the technical authority for the asset and ensure compliance with the operating contract
• Lead operator performance management, contract governance and performance deductions
• Direct specialist studies and manage budgets for external advisors
• Oversee outages, capital projects, lifecycle planning and equipment reliability
• Champions QHSE plans, audits and continuous improvement
