Job summary

Kanadevia Inova, a global Green Tech leader in waste-to-energy, is hiring an O&M Shift Leader for the Dublin facility on the Poolbeg peninsula. You will oversee safe and efficient plant operation during your shift, ensuring compliance with HSEQ and environmental regulations.

You will lead operators, manage shift activities, respond to alarms, and maintain logs. Fluent English, leadership, and hands-on experience in energy-from-waste environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Energy-from-Waste or similar industrial plant environments.
• Shift Leader or senior operational experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Fluent English and knowledge of HSEQ standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned operating shift, supervising Operators and support staff.
• Promote HSEQ culture, conduct safety meetings and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Respond to alarms, monitor interlocks and control loops, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain shift logs, prepare event reports and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and support the shift team, conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
