Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Engineering Lead for its Ireland sites to manage large-scale, fast-paced projects. You will plan, monitor and report milestones, ensuring quality from design through validation and managing budgets, CapEx requests, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead engineering support on New Product Introductions (NPI), tooling design, and equipment qualification, while promoting efficient, compliant processes and mentoring team members across site and global

Qualifications

• Senior-level project leadership experience in a GMP/pharma setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across site, global and customer levels.
• Ability to manage budgets and CapEx requests with accountability from design to validation.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned large-scale projects and provide progress updates.
• Represent project status, risks and concerns to business and customer.
• Ensure delivery with Quality from design through validation.
• Drive Right First Time and On Time In Full principles.
• Lead FAT/SAT planning and execution.
• Develop project goals and report on success.
• Mentor junior staff and onboard new team members.
• Define line layouts using Good Engineering Practice.
