Job summary

JLL is seeking an Energy Engineer to join its Sustainability Operations team in Dublin. The role combines technical energy management with hands-on delivery, data analytics, and M&V reporting across a portfolio of commercial real estate clients.

You will report to the Head of Sustainability and work from our Dublin city centre office, with travel to client properties as required.€

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Sustainable Energy (or related).
• 2–4 years of experience in energy management or sustainability programmes.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse energy data and deliver measurable cost savings.
• Familiarity with BER, M&V (IPMVP) methodologies and energy audits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energy and sustainability programmes for client sites and regions.
• Monitor energy consumption, utility costs, bill validation and KPI trends.
• Perform site data collection and reporting for energy, water and waste.
• Prepare monthly energy variance reports and client updates.
• Maintain utility data and support BMS integration for client buildings.
• Contribute to energy audits, BER pathways and performance improvement plans.
• Model energy savings interventions and support EMS/EnMS compliance.
