Job summary

KSA-JLL Ireland Ltd in Dublin is seeking an Energy Engineer to support energy and sustainability programmes across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate clients. You will blend technical energy management with operational delivery, data analytics, and M&V reporting.

The role reports to the Head of Sustainability and is primarily based at our Dublin city centre office, with travel to client properties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in energy management, sustainability programmes, building operations, or related field.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 management systems at site level.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of energy and sustainability programmes for client sites and regions.
• Monitor energy consumption, utility costs, bill validation, and KPI trends.
• Analyse energy data, create dashboards, and report performance using Excel and Power BI.
• Lead or support M&V analysis and compliance with IPMVP protocols.
