Qualifications

• A Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, or a related discipline is essential.
• CORU registration is required where applicable.
• Experience in social care desirable but not essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to plan, organise and manage daily activities.
• Assist participation in local communities and promote inclusion.
• Support education, training, and personal goals development.
• Develop independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning and appointments.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Work flexibly across a 24/7 roster to ensure continuity of care.
