Job summary

TerraGlen Residential Care Services in Co. Dublin invites applications for a Support Worker. The role is permanent, full-time and involves delivering person-centred support to children and young adults with disabilities, promoting independence and community participation.

Applicants should have QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support or Social Care, a positive approach, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team. Full training is provided, and a clean driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support, Social Care, or a relevant equivalent.
• A positive, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Reliability, compassion, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in disability or social care services is an advantage but not essential - full training is provided.
• A Full Clean driving licence.
