Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a QC Systems Admin to join our team on-site at Cork, working with Empower system across QC operations. You will act as a key point of contact for Empower, providing day-to-day system support and resolving issues.

The successful candidate will collaborate with QC and other stakeholders to maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, support audits, CAPAs and change controls, and contribute to global systems projects.

Qualifications

• BSc in Science, Engineering, a technical discipline or similar.
• 3+ years' Empower admin/ SME experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience troubleshooting Empower in a quality system.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMEA regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting audits as SME; investigations, CAPAs, change control.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Empower support and ticket resolution.
• Build and maintain Empower Master Projects and fields.
• Perform system review activities.
• Participate in site and global systems projects.
• Act as Empower SME during GxP inspections.
• Support quality investigations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Provide Empower training and guidance to users.
• Collaborate with QC and other teams to drive improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company quality requirements.
