Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a QC Systems Admin to join our Cork site and support Empower usage across QC teams while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with QC and other stakeholders to maintain Empower Master Projects, resolve system issues, and participate in global systems initiatives. The role emphasizes problem-solving, regulatory understanding, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with Empower as administrator, SME or key user.
• Experience supporting Empower in a regulated environment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with QC and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Empower support and resolve system tickets.
• Build and maintain Empower Master Projects with customised fields.
• Participate in site and global systems projects.
• Act as Empower SME during GxP inspections when required.
• Support quality investigations, CAPAs and change controls.
