Job summary

The Dublin office of a premier global law firm is seeking a Commercial Disputes & Regulatory Senior Associate to handle high-stakes disputes and cross-border investigations. You will work with top-tier partners and lead complex matters in a dynamic, international environment.

You will supervise junior lawyers, advise multinational clients on regulatory issues, and contribute to business development through client pitches and industry networking.

Qualifications

• Irish-qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation and regulatory practice.
• Deep knowledge of Commercial Court procedure and Irish regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead complex commercial litigation matters before the Commercial Court, High Court, and appellate courts.
• Advise domestic and international clients on contentious regulatory matters, internal investigations, enforcement proceedings, and white-collar defense.
• Be primary contact for key corporate clients, offering strategic and commercial advice.
• Supervise, mentor, and delegate effectively to junior associates and trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead complex commercial litigation matters before the Commercial Court, High Court, and appellate courts.
• Advise domestic and international clients on contentious regulatory matters, internal investigations, enforcement proceedings, and white-collar defense.
• as a primary point of contact for key corporate clients, offering strategic and commercial advice.

About You

• Irish Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation and contentious regulatory practice within a leading Irish corporate firm, top-tier UK firm, or international practice.
• Deep knowledge of Commercial Court procedure, Irish regulatory frameworks, and complex discovery processes.
• Strong tactical judgment with the ability to navigate complex legal and reputational risks for global brand clients.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a track record of building effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
