Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales.
• 1–3 years PQE with employment law experience.

• Excellent academics and superior oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
• Advising on HR queries including absence, performance, discipline and grievance processes.
• Assisting with corporate transactions.
• Advising on TUPE.
