Job summary

Comfort Keepers delivers in-home care across Ireland, helping people live independently at home with dignity. You will provide personal care, meals, and support, traveling between client visits in your local area and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland is required.
• A driving licence is not required for this role but is beneficial.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable; if you do not hold it, we will fully support you to complete it.
• Genuine motivation to support people in your community to live with independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care including support with mobility, dressing, and continence care with dignity and respect at all times.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Providing medication prompts and maintaining accurate, timely records.
• Travel between client visits within your local area.
• Observing client wellbeing and escalating concerns to local office management.
• Building a professional, trusted relationship with your client and family.
• Maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times.
