Job summary

Valeo seeks a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Director in Ireland to lead industrial technologies and supervise the Process Expertise. You will coordinate interfaces across sites and manage the industrial teams to ensure robust execution.

You will define the site industrial plan, drive standardization of product and process, participate in key reviews, and support ramp-up at sister sites while delivering quality, DL and asset utilization targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in process/manufacturing engineering and industrialization.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with project budgeting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate the Process Expertise across the site.
• Coordinate interfaces between site and PG/PL/RO/platform.
• Lead industrial teams (plant, production and industrialization).
• Define the site industrial plan in line with the MTP and budget.
• Drive standardization programs for product and process.
• Participate in Technical Committee and validate process ECR.
• Support ramp-up and industrialization projects at sister sites.
• Monitor DL, Quality and Asset Utilization and ensure timely deliveries.
