Crane Worldwide Logistics in Ireland seeks a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager – EMEIA to lead the design and delivery of cost-effective Contract Logistics solutions across the region. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s desirable.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in industrial engineering, warehouse design, or contract logistics.
• Proven 3PL, retail distribution, manufacturing, e‑commerce, or consumer goods experience.
• Strong capability in warehouse layout design, operational workflows, labour modelling, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design for strategic Contract Logistics opportunities across EMEIA.
• Analyse customer data and develop commercially competitive logistics solutions.
• Design warehouse layouts, workflows, labour models, storage strategies, and material handling solutions.
• Prepare technical content for proposals, presentations, workshops, and reviews.
• Support RFPs from qualification through contract award with engineered labour, resource, and cost inputs.
