Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees in the warehouse department to meet targets.
• Improve and assure efficient workflows and coordinate material requests.
• Organize stock inspections and handle outbound delivery claims.
• Plan daily workflows, analyze operations, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Manage attendance, reviews, recruitment support, and onboarding.
• Prepare reports to support management decisions on performance.
