Qualifications

• Experience in Supplier Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Operations with third-party providers.
• Strong analytical capability with large data sets and ability to translate findings for technical and business audiences.
• Developed negotiation and influencing skills to drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Strong communicator able to articulate complex situations to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies across multiple phases.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, prioritise by impact, and deliver under tight timelines.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned LSP(s), owning the relationship and driving accountability against KPIs and service standards.
• Partner with providers to leverage technology to enhance delivery experiences, including environmental impact, mode optimisation, and cost efficiency.
• Implement standardised processes within provider relationships and collaborate with Procurement to ensure contracts and pricing templates are fit for purpose.
• Ensure security provisions across LSP operations to minimise loss and protect Apple's customers, including readiness for NPIs.
• Liaise between LSPs and WW & Regional BPR/OEM teams to keep improvement projects on track.
• Own KPI reporting and data integrity flows for assigned LSP relationships across systems.
• Analyse outbound transportation data to identify trends and surface risks, delivering clear recommendations.
• Contribute to automation initiatives with Data Science teams to identify opportunities and drive scalability.
• Apply project management to deliver supplier initiatives from scoping to execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues across EMEIA Logistics to support outstanding customer delivery experiences.
