Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Ireland Ltd is seeking a meticulous Process Development Engineer to support standardization and improvement programs. You will partner with the Business Optimization and Solutions Director and collaborate with stakeholders globally to drive governance and efficiency.

The role focuses on process mapping, workflow analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and developing documentation to guide future improvements across North American and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Lean Sigma Six Certification or PCQ certification is preferred.
• 8 years of related experience in process improvement, mapping, governance, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with process and workflow tools such as ServiceNow and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze processes across the organization to identify improvements.
• Develop and maintain process standards, procedures, and governance.
• Create and review process improvement plans with scope, cost, and schedule considerations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to surface risks and opportunities for projects.
• Evaluate lessons learned and implement them to improve data quality and competitiveness.
