Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is hiring a Technology Recruiter to lead campus and early-career hiring for our internship and new-graduate Technology Programmes. You will work with senior stakeholders, university partners, and a close-knit team to build sourcing strategies and pipelines.

You’ll manage internships, co-ops, and graduate hires across multiple technology teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience while using data to shape hiring decisions and campus event participation.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting interns, co-ops, and graduates onto technology teams.
• Prior experience with high-volume roles and fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and collaborating in a small team.
• Willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for hiring interns, co-ops and graduates onto our Technology teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to the design and execution of the Discovery Programme for internship hires.
• Apply data and trends to refine the recruitment strategy over time.
• Build relationships with university contacts and participate in campus events and career fairs.
