Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, external communications, executive communications, public relations, thought leadership, or reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Own regional communications strategy and governance across EMEA.
• Translate firmwide messaging into regional communications reflecting local context.
• Develop regional standards, editorial planning, and stakeholder engagement models.
• Lead internal communications for leadership messages, town halls, and culture storytelling.
• Draft external narratives, speaker briefs, event materials, social copy, and media-ready materials.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to ensure clear, credible communications.
