Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Lead to head the EMEA team, set sourcing strategy, and partner with senior technology stakeholders across the business. You will also manage priority searches and collaborate with global offices to deliver world-class technology talent for Susquehanna.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in regional/global recruitment, with a strong track record in technology recruitment.
• In-house recruiting experience and at least 3 years managing a high‑performing recruitment team.
• End-to-end recruitment experience across software engineers, developers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the EMEA technology recruitment strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team; coach, mentor and set goals.
• Own end-to-end technology recruitment processes from sourcing through offer management.
• Collaborate with HR, Business Partners and regional leaders to drive hiring outcomes.
• Shape employer branding and oversee participation in relevant industry events.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines aligned to Susquehanna's needs.
