Clio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This 12‑month fixed-term contract is based in our Dublin hub.

You will own and nurture stakeholder relationships across EMEA, lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on Ireland, and partner with leaders to hit quarterly hiring targets while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding hiring targets.
• Data fluency to use metrics and insights to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture stakeholder relationships with EMEA teams to ensure effective collaboration in recruitment.
• Oversee a robust candidate pipeline and lead full-cycle recruitment in Ireland and across EMEA.
• Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies and meet quarterly targets.
• Explore and implement creative approaches to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Align candidates with Clio’s mission, values and vision.
• Introduce innovative practices to enhance recruiting processes and culture of continuous improvement.
• Represent Clio with professionalism and integrity.
