Job summary

Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Dublin hub. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Ireland and the EMEA region, partnering with leaders to hit quarterly hiring targets and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience balancing volume, quality and speed in hiring.
• Data fluency with metrics to influence decisions and improvements.
• Experience building diverse pipelines and engaging passive talent.
• Strong HR practices and alignment with organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture stakeholder relationships with EMEA teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Oversee a robust candidate pipeline and lead full-cycle recruitment in Ireland and across EMEA.
• Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies and meet quarterly targets.
• Explore creative approaches to attract active and passive candidates.
• Align candidates with Clio’s mission, values and vision.
• Improve recruiting practices through innovative processes and continuous improvement.
• Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity and authenticity.
