Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking a Strategic Events Specialist, EMEA, to own and execute flagship regional events. You will drive end-to-end planning, manage budgets, coordinate with venues, agencies, and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones, and lead on-site execution while ensuring measurable ROI.

You’ll develop regional playbooks, share best practices, and help scale our events program across EMEA, APAC, and AMER, with substantial travel as part of your role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in B2B events or experiential marketing, ideally tech/SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience owning established, repeatable event formats end-to-end with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event logistics, timelines, budgets and vendor coordination across multiple markets.
• Lead on-site execution and post-event follow-up with ROI accountability.
