Abnormal AI is expanding its Strategic Events team across EMEA, managing flagship third‑party and first‑party events, and executive gatherings. You’ll own end‑to‑end event programs, coordinate with multiple stakeholders across time zones, and drive on‑site execution with a strong focus on planning, timelines, and ROI.

You’ll lead ongoing regional event strategies, build cross-functional relationships, and optimize budgeting and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in B2B events or experiential marketing, ideally in tech or cybersecurity.
• Experience running executive-level programmes and large conferences/trade shows.
• Multi-market EMEA exposure with ability to manage across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end event logistics across multiple concurrent events and markets.
• On-site leadership and staff coordination for flagship events.
• Budget tracking, vendor management and ROI reporting.
