Tinder’s parent company Match Group is seeking a Senior Director of Social Media to lead and evolve Tinder’s social and integrated marketing strategy across the EMEA region. This high-impact role sits at the center of paid, owned, and earned media, shaping how the brand connects with audiences.

Based in Dublin, you’ll lead a diverse international team and partner with regional leaders to drive cohesive, insight-led campaigns that elevate Tinder’s voice and relevance in global markets.

Formación

• 7+ years in senior social or marketing roles with regional impact.
• Proven ability to translate vision into scalable strategies.
• Experience in agency or global media platforms is a plus.
• Strategic thinker who can connect vision with execution.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Tinder’s editorial, creative, and influencer strategy across EMEA.
