Job summary

Clio is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales team in EMEA. This role is based at our Dublin hub with occasional international travel for meetings and events.

You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and work with Account Executives to demonstrate Clio’s product to potential customers. The position offers a competitive OTE and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience including cold-calling.
• Experience working in fast paced and high growth technology companies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Outbound telephone-based prospecting to identified target accounts within an assigned segment.
• Cold-calling 65-100 calls per day to qualify key leads.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to advance opportunities.
• Create awareness of, boost interest in, and set up demonstrations of Clio's product.
• Understand territory, develop solutions to uncover prospects and generate leads.
• Participate in regular training and performance reviews to grow sales skills.
• Adapt to evolving sales environment and client needs.
• Document all sales activities in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs.
