Google Cloud is hiring an EMEA Sales Planning Analyst to support go-to-market strategy across the EMEA region. You will be the subject matter expert on planning systems and data pipelines, ensuring sales leadership has accurate, actionable data to drive growth and efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, update territory assignments, and standardize sales planning processes across markets, while helping translate complex data into clear executive summaries for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, data analysis, or a similar commercial strategy role.
  • 2 years of experience with program management.
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages to extract insights from internal databases.
  • Experience with sales planning tools.
  • Experience working with datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on key operational processes related to the implementation of EMEA GTM strategy by pulling and analyzing account data, updating territory assignments and managing quota cascade.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations to ensure data alignment and resolve discrepancies during the annual planning cycle.
  • Identify and document best practices to standardize sales planning processes across EMEA markets.
  • Act as a topic matter expert relating to our systems, processes, data pipelines, policies and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
