SpaceX Super Intelligence is seeking an Regulatory Legal Counsel, EMEA, to advise on platform, AI and digital regulation across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Africa. You will translate complex obligations into practical plans and work with Safety, Product, Engineering and other Legal teams.

You should enjoy bridging legal analysis with practical implementation, and be comfortable engaging regulators. In-office 5 days/week is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer in good standing, ideally UK and/or EU.
• 5+ years of legal experience in technology or digital regulation.
• Strong knowledge of the DSA and/or UK OSA; some frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-lawyers.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and regulators.
• Willing to be in-office 5 days/week.

Aufgaben

• Advise on EU/UK/EMEA digital regulations, focus on EU AI Act, DSA, OSA, AVMSD, and Ireland's Online Safety Code.
• Engage regulators with information requests, risk assessments, audits, and inquiries.
• Assess new features with Safety, Product and Engineering for regulatory risk.
• Track new legislation across EMEA and translate into practical guidance.
• Help build scalable regulatory templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Product Counsel, Privacy, Litigation and Policy.
• Manage outside counsel effectively and cost-consciously.
• Support the legal department as needed and participate in AI adoption.
• Demonstrate ownership and operate in a fast-paced environment.
