Job summary

SpaceX in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Telecommunications Counsel to guide the business through European and African laws governing telecom and satellite services. This onsite role requires 5+ years of regulatory experience in telecom and/or satellite sectors.

You will advise on applicable laws, monitor policy developments, and liaise with government agencies to support licensing and compliance across Europe and Africa.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent.
• Law degree recognized in relevant jurisdictions.
• Active license to practice law.

Responsibilities

• Advise Starlink on laws, regulations, and policies impacting the business in Europe and parts of Africa.
• Analyze regulatory risks and communicate them to business and technical teams to support licensing and compliance.
• Monitor evolving legal and policy developments related to Starlink in Europe and Africa.
• Interface with governmental agencies on regulatory, consumer protection and law enforcement matters.
