Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an EMEA Regional Account Director in Dublin, Ireland, to lead multi-country operations and manage a large regional portfolio within Global Strategic Accounts. Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-country portfolios in catering or hospitality.
• Entrepreneurial, agile and user-focused mindset.

• Strong financial mastery of large regional budgets and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Relationship Management with the client’s EMEA REWS team.
• Oversee regional food spaces operations across multiple EMEA countries.
• Own the P&L for the EMEA region and drive growth.
• Champion inclusive hospitality and community-focused dining experiences.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and innovative food tech adoption.
• Mentor country managers, chefs, and regional leaders.
• Use analytics to improve offerings and employee satisfaction.
