Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Director EMEA Real Estate & Facilities Leader to drive strategy, portfolio planning and governance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role acts as the regional partner to business leadership, translating strategy into real estate, workplace and facilities programs that support growth, manufacturing operations, and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with strong analytical background.
• 12–15+ years of progressive corporate real estate, facilities, or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-country Real Estate/Facilities portfolios.
• Strong financial and strategic judgment with experience in business cases and cost optimization.
• Fluency in English and ability to engage with senior executives across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA Real Estate & Facilities strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to inform real estate, workplace and capacity decisions.
• Oversee major transactions, portfolio planning, and governance.
• Manage regional facilities operations, lifecycle planning and risk mitigation.
• Direct third-party providers and drive continuous improvements across the portfolio.
• Provide executive-level recommendations and durability of regional programs.
