Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Procurement Strategic Operations & Governance Leader to drive the effective operation, governance and strategic execution of the Global Procurement organisation. Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategy, Programme and portfolio management and PMO management.
• Procurement governance and operating model design experience.
• Strategic thinking and execution with ability to translate into action.
• Roadmap development: translating strategy into execution plans.
• Change management: leading governance and handling priorities.
• Executive presentation: distilling complex messages into visuals.
• Stakeholder engagement across all business levels.
• ELT collaboration with Executive Leadership Team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into executable procurement plans.
• Establish and manage the procurement operating rhythm.
• Coordinate cross-functional and regional activities to execute priorities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation gaps.
• Provide strategic support on emerging priorities and leadership requirements.
• Prepare and present materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Agenda planning, content coordination, and action tracking to closure.
