Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or operations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plant-level solutions.
• Strong background in ETO or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Infrastructure Solutions manufacturing strategy across global IS operations.
• Lead equipment strategy, capital deployment, and investment prioritization.
• Define standard processes and operating models across fabrication, assembly and test.
• Own industrial engineering framework, labor standards and line balancing.
• Develop executable capacity models and support site loading and capacity decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to embed strategy into NPDI programs.
• Drive deployment and governance across IS sites with global/regional AME teams.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance.
