Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Client Service Delivery Manager for its Private Markets team. You will own the end-to-end client service experience, coordinating across Fund Accounting, Investor Services and other control functions to ensure timely, accurate and compliant delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of Private Markets (private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure) and the ability to manage complex client relationships across jurisdictions, drive service

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or fund administration.
• Knowledge of Private Markets servicing activities (investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, valuations).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and jurisdictions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service experience for Private Markets clients and coordinate across operational teams.
• Coordinate service delivery across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Investor Services, AML, Custody, Financial Reporting and Compliance.
• Plan and facilitate client meetings, reviews and governance forums with timely follow-up.
• Engage with client senior management on complex matters and remediation initiatives.
• Oversee billing, invoicing and service administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce client reporting and service packs and track performance against service standards.
