Job summary

Fuze Health is hiring a part-time payroll specialist to support the Shared Services payroll team across Europe, bridging EU and US operations for cross-regional payroll processing. The role is up to 24 hours per week and can be split across days.

You will coordinate with Finance, Tax, and Treasury, ensuring timely, accurate payrolls and compliance while driving improvements in processes. This role is ideal for experienced professionals in fast-paced tech companies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, with focus on Ireland and the UK and other EMEA payrolls
• Workday and Brightpay experience is required
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines with high accuracy
• Payroll qualification like IPASS or CIPP is an advantage
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage technology companies
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across multiple countries in the EMEA region (Ireland and UK)
• Address and resolve payroll-related issues promptly
• Act as first point of contact for regional queries
• Partner with Finance, Tax and Treasury stakeholders
• Perform month-end journals and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and local regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Provide support for US Payroll as needed
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic finance team in a fast-growing technology company. This role sits within the Fuze Health Shared Services payroll team, bridging the EU and US operations to ensure seamless cross-regional payroll processing and operational alignment. The successful candidate will work with different departments to help drive the company to an efficient payroll process as we continue to grow and expand.

This is a Part Time role, working up to 24 hours per week. This can be split over 3 or 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely processing of the end-to-end payroll cycle across multiple countries in the EMEA region, including Ireland and the UK, both in-house and utilizing In-Country Payroll Partners.


• Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.


• Act as the first point of contact for regional queries.


• Partner with key internal stakeholders including Finance, Tax, & Treasury.


• Perform month-end journals and reconciliations.


• Ensure compliance with internal controls and local regulations.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with the implementation of new processes and systems.


• Serve as additional support for US Payroll.


• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for…..

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on Ireland and the UK, and experience with other EMEA payrolls.


• Experience with Workday and Brightpay is a requirement.


• Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.


• A recognized payroll qualification (IPASS, CIPP or equivalent) is an advantage.


• Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage technology companies.


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
