Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to join the Shared Services payroll team, bridging EU and US operations to ensure seamless payroll processing across Ireland and the UK. This role sits within a fast-growing technology company and can be split over 3 or 5 days.

You will manage end-to-end payroll cycles, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with Finance, Tax, and Treasury. The position is up to 24 hours per week, offering a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience in Ireland and the UK
• Experience with Workday and Brightpay
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines
• Payroll qualification IPASS or CIPP is a plus
• Experience in fast-paced tech companies
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate end-to-end payroll processing across Ireland and the UK
• Address and resolve payroll issues promptly
• Act as first point of contact for regional queries
• Partner with Finance, Tax and Treasury
• Perform month-end journals and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with controls and local regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with new systems
• Provide additional support for US Payroll
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned
