Fuze Health is seeking a part-time payroll specialist to join our Shared Services payroll team, bridging EU and US operations. You will manage end-to-end payroll across Ireland and the UK, work with in-country partners, and ensure timely processing while addressing issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, with focus on Ireland and the UK.
• Experience with cross-regional payrolls and using payroll systems.
• Advantage if holding a payroll qualification (IPASS, CIPP) and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries in the EMEA region (Ireland, UK).
• Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Act as the first point of contact for regional queries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax and Treasury to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform month-end journals and reconciliations and support US Payroll as needed.
