Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is hiring for a part-time Payroll Specialist to join our Shared Services payroll team bridging EU and US operations.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll across Ireland, the UK, and other EMOA regions, ensuring accurate processing either in-house or with partners, while resolving issues promptly. The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience in Ireland/UK, familiarity with Workday and Brightpay, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines with precision.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, with focus on Ireland and the UK.
• Experience with Workday and Brightpay is required.
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines with high accuracy.
• Payroll qualification (IPASS, CIPP or equivalent) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing across Ireland, UK and other EMOA countries.
• Resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
• Act as point of contact for regional queries.
• Partner with Finance, Tax and Treasury.
• Perform month-end journals and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement new processes/systems.
• Support US Payroll as needed.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
