Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Site Manager (on-site) to support project delivery and commissioning across the EMEA region. You will work with the PM and regional leaders to schedule, organize, track progress and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead installation and commissioning teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a strong H&S environment.

Qualifications

Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management, planning & communication skills.
Electrical / Mechanical engineering qualification or related discipline.
Project management experience advantageous.
Fluent in Microsoft applications.
Experience in site-based management / supervisory role.
Practical and methodical approach to problem solving.
Demonstrates dependability and commitment to project/tasks.
Flexible with change and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Full driving license.

Responsibilities

Attend and represent at site-based meetings and regional resource planning.
Lead installation & commissioning teams, allocating tasks and daily workloads.
Track and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage inbound OEM devices and site-based activities with the project manager.
Maintain schedules and escalate risks to the Project Manager.
Coordinate subcontractors and delivery teams as required.
Instill a strong H&S environment on site.
Be a proactive member of the EMEA projects team and support improvement initiatives.
